Possibly related, all cloud agents fail to start with “Agent encountered an error. We encountered an unexpected error repeatedly.” for me right now.

they hang due to some TCP connections to AWS EC2 bein stuck.

My workaround is to terminate the process after 3 secoconds
the connection id is already in the terminal
