Cursor Agent response is too slow

I’m waiting for a new update to come out, thinking that the problem will be solved, but it’s been quite some time and there’s been no improvement. Is there a problem with the Codebase Indexing that always says Loading, as in the image? Is there a way to solve it? Should I downgrade the version?

Hey, do you have any project open?

This usually happens if you opened an empty Cursor window and it doesn’t know what to index.

You can also check the logs. Open the Output panel by going to View → Output, then select Cursor Indexing & Retrieval from the dropdown menu.
