Cursor AI Connection Bug Report
Issue Description
I’m consistently experiencing connection errors when using Claude 3.7 Sonnet in Cursor. The console shows numerous connection errors, with “Error connecting to anthropic” messages appearing in the UI.
- Resume button: Does not work when connection fails
- Try Again button: Functions, but erases the most recent message
- Frequency: Occurs approximately every 10-20 messages
- Workarounds: Sometimes requires creating a new chat or restarting Cursor
Error Details
Console shows multiple recurring errors:

Same issue occurs with Claude 3.7 Sonnet. I can still use Cursor most of the time, but these connection errors are frequent and disruptive.
