Sonnet 3.7 error

Bug Title: Claude-3.7-sonnet connection failure: “We’re having trouble connecting to the model provider”

Description:
I’m experiencing repeated connection issues when trying to use the claude-3.7-sonnet model in Cursor. The message shows:
We’re having trouble connecting to the model provider. This might be temporary – please try again in a moment.
Then it changes to:
Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN.
My internet is stable and no VPN is being used. Restarting Cursor or the system doesn’t resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a new chat and select claude-3.7-sonnet model.

  2. Wait or try to send a message.

  3. Observe the repeated connection failure.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

Cursor Version: 0.45.3

Python Version: 3.13.2 64-bit

Blocking Usage?:
Yes – This bug prevents me from using the Claude-3.7 model, which is essential to my workflow.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Claude-3.7-sonnet?

Me too, I’ve been having this problem since yesterday, yesterday I was able to use claude-3.5 and gemini pro 0506, but today neither of them are working!
