Using Cursor to call Claude 3.5 Sonnet model and it is giving the error

Connection failed: If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

Cursor is failing to connect for all models for me on more complicated querries.

I’ve tried
Restarting my machine
Trying out Claude on it’s own (works fine on the website)
Chatting with Cursor with the following models:

  1. chatgpt-4
  2. cursor-small
  3. claude-3.5-sonnet
  4. claude-3-opus

With a basic querry with no linked files, cursor-small and claude-3.5-sonnet seem to work, but extremely slowly:

^it took about 2 minutes to generate the response : “Yes, I’m working and ready to assist you. How can I help today?”

i’ve faced the same issue

have same issue, but it returns that i have no access to this model (required API token). but as i see in PRO subscription claude 3.5 sonnet is included
