Same issue. I think this has something to do with chat history. Regardless Cursor should be able to handle it. This is kind of frustrating especially for large codebases.
My only solution for now is to clone my codebase to a new folder directory. Everything seems smooth now. I hope they’ll come up with proper solution ASAP.
