Cursor Auto.. Holy cow

Last week Cursor auto was a huge mess. Random gpt4 and generally crappy behavior.

However i gave it a try tonight and I’m blasted away. It’s absolutely insane how it performs AND how well. It does parallel work, working on multiple files at the same time, chat text and code is happening simultaneous.

And the quality of the code is above what I’ve seen with any other model - it beats the ■■■■ out of Claude4.5-sonnet and GPT5. By miles. There is zero ■■■■■■■■. Everything it does is just perfect, literally zero problems.

I’m absolutely stunned. I’ve been a Cursor user for half a year and this is shocking.

And to top it off, the token usage and the pricing is 10x cheaper. Huge requests that usually ran me $1+ dollars is in $0.10-$0.30 range.

I don’t know what is happening and i seriously hope this will continue like that.

And that was the end of it today. Yesterday it handled asm and Rust like it was nothing. Today it can barely handle simple coding in Kotlin.

Wish there was some sort of stability in this project. It’s a almost by minute up and down roller coaster.
