Cursor autocomplete doesn't work

OK I just started using Cursor. I’m migrating from VScode with copilot. I’ve turned copilot off during the Cursor install based on a prompt it gave me during install.

I’m on a pro trial on an M1 Mac.

The main feature I want is autocomplete suggestions. I can’t get these to appear. For example I type something simple like:

# write a fn to add two numbers
def

and then I pause waiting for it to fill it in, but nothing happens.

  • Chat works fine
  • Cmd+K works fine
  • I have disabled HTTP2 (I’m behind Zscalar)
  • I’ve set the model to claude-sonnet

Hi @anishazaveri

How long have you been using the trial version? Your quota may already be exhausted. Also, don’t forget to check if the Cursor Tab is enabled.
