When I Ask it for some help, after creating code/ changing code, it comes to creating a report of summary, it always hangs there never ends.

Expected Behavior

it should keep writting a summary report but it didn’t, just stuck there never ends.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Please try:

  1. Run Network Diagnostics: Cursor Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics
  2. Cancel the stuck generation: Cmd+Shift+Backspace
  3. Start a new chat: Cmd+N and retry the request
  4. Restart Cursor

If it still hangs, please share:

  • Which model you’re using
  • The Request ID (right‑click the stuck message → Copy Request ID)
  • Whether diagnostics showed any errors

This will help us see if it’s a local issue or a broader problem with summary generation.
