Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I asked some work with changes on 2 repos, but dont open pr. it opened local branches but i Only see changes from one repo in cursor Ui, other repos changes or files dont show up

Steps to Reproduce

Create a workspace containing two GitHub repositories.

Ask the AI to edit both repositories on local branches.

In the right menu of the Cursor chat, only one repository appears under Changes, along with Desktop, Browser, Files, and Terminal. (Clicking Files reveals the other repositories, but they do not appear under Changes.)

Clicking Changes only displays the modifications for one repository, with no option to switch to or view branches from the other repository.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @vibeprompter,

The Agents Window is meant to show changes for every repo in a multi-repo cloud agent. When more than one repo is detected, a repository picker appears in the Changes header next to the branch, so you can switch between them.

On 3.25.9, cloud agents started from the Agents Window on a multi-repo environment could stay connected to the wrong folder on the machine. When that happens, Changes can only show the first repo, with no picker. An update in 3.25.10 should fix how those agents attach.

Ok i found it, but it doesnt have correct folder names. all just agent repos. I ll check after update
