"cursor ." command not working

Describe the Bug

I wanted to use the cursor . command to open the application from terminal itself but not even able to install it properly it showing only one option which is uninstall it

Steps to Reproduce

Press shift + cmd + p and try to add the cursor command in path (I think this is just not working in my this pc as same thing is working in my other PC)

and also there is only the option to uninstall cursor command but after clicking that it shows success message and still not able to reinstall the path again as everytime I just get the uninstall path option only

Expected Behavior

I should able to get option to install command or I should able to use that command
