Hey, it’s not specifically Cursor doing that, but a model. While Cursor tries to manage models in best way possible, how model behaves mostly depends on company that created it.
Best option here would be to use allow list in Cursor settings. You can also try to steer the models by setting User Rules and simply telling it to not try to delete files.
Hey, thanks for the report. You can try enabling this file deletion prevention option in Cursor settings. Use the shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + J, and in the Chat tab under the Auto-Run section, enable it.
