Hey, this is a known issue and the team is aware of it (we’ve also seen this bug in similar reports).
To give the team more context, can you open Developer Tools (Help > Toggle Developer Tools) and check if there are any console errors when you try to open “Past Chats”? If there are, please share a screenshot or paste the error text here.
