Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

I can clearly see the issue: the History panel shows recent chats, but the @Past Chats dropdown doesn’t include them. It only shows older chats, and many have UUID-style names instead of normal titles.

This is a bug. @Past Chats isn’t syncing correctly with your actual chat history. I’ve flagged it for the team to look into.

Temporary workarounds:

  1. Duplicate the chat: Open the chat you need from History (Opt Cmd ’ or the sidebar icon) > click the three dots > Duplicate. This will continue the conversation with the saved context.

  2. Export and attach: Open the chat > three dots > Export > save it as a .md file > in a new chat, use @Files to attach the exported file.

If you can share console errors, that’ll help the team fix this faster. Go to Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console tab, try typing @past chats, then copy any red errors you see.
