Cursor does not apply changes well in mono repo

Thanks for reporting a bug you have found in Cursor!
Please add the following info to help us diagnose your issue:
in have 30 services in a monorepo
like
service1
service2
gcp
gcp-service-1
gcp-service-2

cursor understands the changes perfectly. but when i am applying the changes. it does not apply it to say service1 i want to apply it for. what it does is apply it in the root folder. eg. i would say apply it to service1/package.json instead it would apply that to package.json in root directly.
