Cursor File Comparison is Broken

Describe the Bug

It seems that after last update, cursor file comparison after a prompt is finished making changes is broken. It shows text on top of each other.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write a prompt that writes a markdown file.
2. Then write a prompt that edits that same markdown file.

Expected Behavior

The comparison should look as it was before.
