I have seen Cursor generating Duplicate code in my JPA repository. How to ensure the Cursor is reusing the existing code
This is a nightmare for me! … each time i change context … start a new session and ask it to perhaps fix a bug, or add a feature to existing functionality … it runs off and creates its own version of a function instead of first finding the existing one and changing it. Of course i do not know this has happened and so down the track … minor changes made to two different code pieces causes so much lost time and frustration. In fact i am right in the middle of this situation once again!!!

yes same here. idk why i mention the files and cursor doing its own thing anyways
