Cursor is ALWAYS asking confirmation to run terminal commands!

Even with YOLO enabled, a carte-blanche instructions to run any command needed to complete the assigned task, added every single possible command it could run to the ALLOW list, it still asks for permission to: npm, mkdir, find, mv, mcp commands etc etc…

Hey, which mode do you have selected in Composer, normal or agent?

Composer → Agent

I have this issue as well.

It’s very frustrating when the commands are quite harmless.
Instead of being able to let the agent do its thing for 5 minutes, while I focus on something else, I need to keep checking on it.

What is even more frustrating is that this bug was already reported (Even though the setting is auto run but it is still asking me to approve the request manually) and just ignored by Cursor team and now that thread is closed.
