Cursor is keep freezing after updating the version to Version: 0.49.4 (Universal)

Cursor window is keep freezing since I have updated the version to Version: 0.49.4 (Universal).

Same problem on windows 11 x64
but i have 0.49.5 version

Also on Windows 11 and suddenly Cursor freezes every minute or so and the application completely hangs, I have very beefy specs and this has never been an issue until the latest update.

Any update on this - having the same issue on windows - running cursor version 0.49.6

I’ll throw my hat in this ring, hoping Cursor will reply with a fix. The product is now unusable.

I moved to Cursor a month ago as I saw many people online talking about how it was a better product. I don’t mind paying for reliability. But now my work is dead in water.

Try Downgrading cursor then upgrading to the latest version - seems to have sort the issue for me
