Cursor keep asking to keep files ( for external modified & committed files)

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I’m using Claude Code outside Cursor.
All files are committed .
Now i open cursor , and go to one of the files , and it tells me :

undo file / Keep file for almost every file ive changed.

I did try this :

rmdir /s “%APPDATA%\Cursor\Code Cache”
rmdir /s “%APPDATA%\Cursor\GPUCache”
rmdir /s “%APPDATA%\Cursor\Cache”

it didnt work

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report.

Good news - this is a known issue in version 2.2.x, and the team has already shipped a fix. It should roll out in one of the upcoming updates.

Some news about that ? Always open Cursor this happens. Also performance are really bad now, take long time to open typescript intelisense and sometimes dont restart ts server. I realy love cursor for that DX but now I dont have a good experience.
