Cursor keep deleting code

Describe the Bug

How can i prevent cursor from deleting existing code
I give example simple thing
a new value was to be added in the langauge file,
what it did it removed all exisitng, and added just new value.

I know we have option to see the code before accepting it
but sometimes there are so many files and you miss one and only come to know when u go on and check that feature

I try to write every time “Don’t remove or add anything not described”
But still it do

Just need to know if i have to set this thing globally somewhere?

Steps to Reproduce

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Have the same issue but mostly with o3 as the model. It hates Cursor update tool if the file itself is “too” long. Claude is more friendly, but tried to do the same couple of times.
