Cursor menu is completely corrupted.

Steps to Reproduce

If I install cursor 2.2.20 from installer it’s working correctly but when restarting it, the menu is back like my screenshot

Same here, empty screen for any project I’d open, both with “Open” and “Open Folder” functionality.
