Cursor says Grok Bot is included with Pro now — do you actually have access yet

xAI says Grok Bot is now included with Cursor Pro, Pro+, Ultra and Cursor Teams, but access still seems a bit inconsistent.

I’ve seen Pro users saying they still get an upgrade prompt, while others got access later without changing anything.

So I made a tiny rollout tracker to see what’s actually happening across plans / platforms / regions:

No signup, no account connection. Just hit I GOT IT or STILL NOTHING.

If enough people report, we should start seeing whether the delay clusters around a particular plan, platform or region.

It’s a cool tool! Just wanted to let you know that Grok Bot access is now live for all paid individual plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultra) and self-serve Teams. There is no percentage or region based rollout, so access on those plans should be consistent.

We are working on the rollout for Enterprise teams.

If anyone is on a paid plan (non-legacy) and still blocked after that, please reach out to [email protected] with the email on the account so we can take a look!

Thanks for the update @Colin what about legacy Pro plan users? I get an upgrade prompt even though I already have a pro plan.

Grok Bot is not available for users on legacy, request-based pricing without opting into usage based pricing.

Ah ok… would have been nice to have been included as early adopters.
