I have a cursor Free account that is old, but it was connected to my slack.
I also have a Cursor account under a different email linked to supergrok heavy.
I am not able to add slack to the new account. I can remove the old cursor from slack, but there is not currently a way to remove slack from the old cursor account. It seems to want me to subscribe to pro to do this, but I have supergrok heavy on the other account.
Plz help.
i believe i closed the free cursor account now. (but I still somehow have that same cursor account connected to this forum account, and am not able to switch. I believe this is also causing me not to be able to use cloud agents on my Ultra account. It does not recognize my github because the free account is gone.
I believe I fixed this by doing the following: 1. deleted the old free cursor account. 2. updated the cursor forums email to the cursor account that had ultra. 3. removed and re-added github on cursor forums, and cursor and removed and re-added all the necessary repo’s from the scope of cursors github connection. 4. tested on grok bot - works again. 5. tested in cursor agent window - works.
