Could we, sometime in future, get the ability to sync our cursor-specific settings (Rules for AI, Docs, turned on/off features, etc.) to our cursor account?
Sure thing it’s not easy doing this at scale, just wanted to make this thread here to keep track of the current status of this.

This would be pretty cool for people like me who code on a laptop and also on a PC depending on the situation. Also sync extensions, settings, etc.
I’m surprised we don’t have this yet. I write code on three machines, and this is a big issue for me. I hope this gets added soon.

I’m using this extension as a workaround. I used it in VSCode before a native sync solution was released. It works pretty well, but we could do much better with a native sync feature for Cursor. It would be awesome!
November 23th 2025 and still not having this basic feature. That’s frustrating.
