Yesterday cursor start to decline execute tests and commands on it’s own, before it was fixed by just something like “execute tests on your own, not request me” , but yesterday it claimed it will do it, but still ask each time. I tried different models - Claude 3.5 , 3.7, all broken. I tried new chats with simple tasks - no result.
Explain how to reproduce the bug (if known)
- Work wiht Agent in chat ask it to run something simple, like echo “test” ,
- it will ask you to comfirm,
- confirm it
- tell model to exec echo without ask,
- ask to exec echo again,
Tell us your operating system and your Cursor version (e.g., Windows, 0.x.x).
Cursor version: 0.47.8 (same was on prev version, I guess 0.47.7)
Tell us if the issue stops you from using Cursor.
Yes, if it will not be fixed I will search for other such product vendor next month or earler.
additionaly - cursor starts to stop (^c) tests almost immediatly, send commands “to background”. may be this connected somehow.
