Is anyone else having issues with Cursor replying to emails?
I had issues with the pricing and a technical issue with background agents had no replies to either emails and emailed pro pricing about the refunds they were offering again no reply.
I would think maybe Cursor were not getting my emails BUT I have had replies from the Cursor AI Bot, Sam.
I’ve sent 5 emails since the 3rd July all without a reply (apart from Sam bot). Sam’s last reply did say I was going to be connected with a human but then I heard nothing.
Hello, my email account is [REDACTED]. As a cursor user, due to my plan to recharge $20 per month in Pro mode, but accidentally clicked on yearly recharge, I am unable to refund now. Please assist me in refunding
Got my refund thanks but I never heard back in regard to my issue with background agents. I first logged the issue about one of my background agents on the 8th July.
For some reason this background agent glitched and when I went to create the PR or load in Cursor it would just not load in so time and credits were wasted on this.
This has put me off working with background agents now in case this happens again. Could someone from support at least acknowledge my ticket? Only had replies from Sam (AI bot) in this thread as well.
I found this thread by searching and have the exact same issue. The bot said to redirect me to a real person but it’s been a week without support.
So I’m asking here instead of re-creating a thread.
@ravirahman@danperks@condor It would be appreciated to receive a reply via mail for the full context.
The Sam bot refunded me prematurely and I was supposed to buy back my yearly plan but I needed first to to have my request reviewed by a real person before committing back. Thanks.
I can’t recall ever using cursor however I see a recurring fee in my bank account for $20 a month. I checked both of my email accounts and do not see any emails from cursor so I don’t think I accidentally signed up for something. How do I stop this fee when I don’t think I have an account and can’t sign in anywhere?
