Since 3 days ago, Cursor tab model is unbearably slow
It takes somewhere around 5 seconds to start offering suggestions
This is an extreme turn off that makes me start thinking about “what are the alternatives to Cursor”
Tab model used to be snappy and almost magically fast
Now it is a slog and it makes me not want to use it or rely on it
I wonder what has happened. I would assume things get better, not worse, particularly when they are well funded
I have raised the same thing few days before and there has been no update! The reason I am on cursor is tab complete, claude has better agent anyway IMO. So its insane to me that there has been no response even though multiple people have raised this issue before.
I have already downgraded my subscription from 60$ to 20$ and if the autocomplete is not fixed by the end of this billing cycle I am going to move away to something else cuz dear god it is so bad.
