Cursor Tab not working (in Vue3)

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I’ve seen a topic about Cursor Tab not working in Jupyter notebook, but the problem isn’t just that. My Cursor Tab is not working in Vue3 project, in any files, be it .vue, .js - sporadically, it seems to sometimes come back up again but then it’s gone. I checked all the settings but nothing changed and everything that needs to enabled, is.

I’ve read about a general outage at Cursor and maybe it’s got to something with this. It’s a bit frustrating right now since I’m working on something that requires a lot of repetitive work and the suggestions by Cursor Tab have really helped with that but now it’s not working. Are there any updates or am I the only one with this issue?

Steps to Reproduce

Start typing in Cursor IDE in .vue or .js file - suggestions by Cursor Tab sometimes come up, but mostly they don’t.

Expected Behavior

Cursor Tab suggests code lines based on what I typed before and my repository all the time.

+1 today, cursor tab is does not work!!!

auto completions don’t work for me either today

Has it been resolved for you, or is the issue still continuing?

For me as well.

I don’t understand the logic, but it was fixed after I disabled http2

hm, seems like u r right, need some time to test it well, but the main thing that before update it was ok, maybe the problem in network provider, mb they blocking requests

+1 and on Flutter

Same here, does not work in .ipynb files but also sporadically fades in and out in other files. See this earlier bug report, from last week: Cursor Tab in Jupyter notebook sometimes doesn't work - #25 by Jeromekem . However the HTTP 2 disabling setting worked for me as well !

You’re right, this is working for me, too. I’m actually working through a VPN and turning it off completely is not an option but having it on or off doesn’t make a difference - Cursor Tab is not working. However, turning this setting on makes it work again. Thanks for that, this at least makes me able to work more efficiently again, however you found that out

Working on mainly typescript files and Cursor Tab doesn’t work today.
I thought it’s due to the update to 1.7.52 but I rolled back installing the 1.6.x version and doesn’t work on that either.

Hey, thanks everyone, the team is investigating this.

trial and error method :face_without_mouth:

How can I roll back to a previously working version? All my tab smart prompts are abnormal, including Tailwind, React, etc.

it does not work for me

설마 각종 클라우드 업체 문제인가?!
