I have a multi-line prompt in my OneNote. When I copy and paste it into Cursor AI Chat window, it transforms into an image. As a matter of fact, every piece of text from my OneNote get pasted as an image into Cursor’s chat. Why is that? any remedy?

Hi @kbigdelysh
I think the issue is with OneNote, not Cursor. Try pasting into a text editor first, copying from there, and then pasting into the chat. Microsoft products often copy text with extra formatting.
I think all the OS’s have a paste-without-formatting function. For Win/Mac it is Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-V. It is practically my default to avoid the sort of problem you are talking about.
Now if only I could stop Cursor from converting pasted code into its strange, read-only blocks - about as useful as an image!

Pasting using “Ctrl + Shift + V” keys solved my problem.
