1.6.35 fixed using cursor command to open files/folder. Thank you.
Very glad to hear it.
Thanks for this. Discussed the proposal with the team. The goal is for almost all users to experience no significant change in behavior or see an option to choose from. Have you been able to update to 1.6.35? We also have a flag as you suggested CURSOR_CLI_BLOCK_CURSOR_AGENT
Iām using Cursor, version 1.6.27 (installed yesterday), and today I noticed that the app prompts for an upgrade/reports a new version again (I presume it is about 1.6.28). However, on the official Changelog page, the latest patch listed is 1.6.26, with no entry for 1.6.27 nor 1.6.28.
I wonder if we could have the changelog for 1.6.27+? Thank you!
@andrewh hey, do you have a chance to check the message in which I tagged you? I still cannot open older chats after v1.6.26.
It used to be that there was a button you could click to automatically copy text that was in a code block, but itās gone now and that was really useful. I would really like that functionality restored.
1.6.35 is the latest: Release Cursor v1.6.35 Ā· accesstechnology-mike/cursor-downloads Ā· GitHub
You can monitor releases here, before deciding to download/update.
Email subscription available too if useful.
Thank you for the information! This is helpful!
The release page is a great resource with the most up-to-date release list, but I do not see the change logs for each release. I would highly appreciate it if that information were available.
why doesnt it work with openrouter you guys want money ??? lol
I know how to make it work, just disable all cursor models and leave only the model you used in open router
I noticed this too. Bring back the copy text in code boxes.
We are investigating & fixing this
Update to 1.6.35 made F5 āRun with debugā now executing tests instead. Not sure if related, going back to 1.6.27 did not reverse this, and Dart ext got an update.
Workaround: Do āRun without debuggingā once, old F5 behaviour (works also in 1.6.42).
Please add a restriction to limit how many CPU cores the Cursor server can use, preventing it from maxing out the serverās CPU resources.
There are some minor bugs already reported throughout the thread, but so far, Iām having a good experience. Agent mode āauto selectā model responses are better (not sure if this is related to the update, but I felt it) and the agent also got better at following instructions.
Due to the lack of GPT 5 Codex, I have redirected the money that I would have spent on Cursor each month to ChatGPT
Bug: Dashboard is broken - does not show number of requests for the old plan (mine should be reset to 0 about 5 days ago).
Bug in 1.6.45: Pressed āKeep allā overlay over code, disappeared and showed āgo next changeā. āKeep allā in chat finally kept all.
Please allow to close all chat tabs without collapsing the right sidebar. Pop out a āNew chatā instead. I have to re-open sidebar like 10 times a day.
I think it stayed open in the past.
