Cursor website doesn’t open

Steps to Reproduce

Cursor website login on web keeps failing

Expected Behavior

After I tap login on web, its supposed to open the web platform to log me in

Operating System

MacOS

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Cursor Version 2.1.47

Hey, thanks for the report.

Let’s check a few things:

  • Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics - please share the result
  • Disable VPN/proxy and firewall, try from another network or a mobile hotspot
  • In the app: CMD+, > search “HTTP/2” > enable “Disable HTTP/2”, restart Cursor
  • Then try signing in again

Please also attach:

  • Screenshots or a short video of what happens after clicking Login
  • Your macOS version
  • Which default browser opens and whether the login page opens separately
  • Errors from Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console and the Network tab

You dont get, I cant even login on my app! When I try to login and browser opens, the site doesn’t load to grant me the permission to work
