Cursor with version 1.2.4 stopped working

Upgraded to 1.2.4 and now it’s being stuck

Version: 1.2.4 (Universal)
VSCode Version: 1.99.3

Steps to Reproduce

Just upgrade to Upgraded to 1.2.4
And the chat gets stuck, no response

Expected Behavior

It should ■■■■■■■ work

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

It started to work after waiting a while. My guess is that it was stuck in the history logic, who knows.

My setting was “Agent” as default, now it’s been reset to “Ask”
