Cursor WON'T apply changes directly to code even when using @ to tag the file

Composer + Apply Changes not working

Cursor was working fine but yesterday, Composer stopped applying changes and would just show “Completed.” I’ve tried resetting Composer and it occasionally works, but then stops again. I’m a Pro user and still have fast requests remaining for the month.
