"Cursor" would like to access data from other apps

How can we know exactly what this has access to?
And how can we reverse it later if we were to allow it?
Why does it now require this access if it didn’t require it previously?

Seems it needs access to desktop and downloads now?
And by the way, answering myself, we can reverse that in privacy & security
