Default chat mode not being respected

When navigating to previous chats in history, the default chat mode is not being respected agent mode is selected instead.

I tried the following, both have same result:

  • using the history button to select previous chat
  • using ctrl + tab to switch chats

This consistently breaks my flow, since by default I do not want the model to use some tools.
