Design Mode breaks in multitask.

Steps to Reproduce

When Using Glass,
and I’m using multitask,
and Design Mode,
if a select an element that is currently being edited via an prev chat ask,
that selected element in Design Mode loses focus and my partially typed out message gets cleared out.

Expected Behavior

If a file/route refreshes, my Design Mode WIP does not get cleared out.

I want to stay in the flow and backlog my multitask chat while workers are running.

Hey, thanks for the detailed report with steps and version info. That’s exactly what we needed.

This is a known issue with Design Mode in Glass when multitasking. Focus on the selected element gets lost and any partially typed text resets when a parallel agent is streaming. We’re tracking it, but I can’t share an ETA for a fix yet.
