Don't count Copilot as team member on individual PRs

Bugbot on an individual plan won’t review your PR if you have Copilot commits.

There are workarounds for that:

  1. Run bugbot first, or
  2. squash commits, force-push

I think Copilot should NOT be considered a team-member because the alternative is that I simply unsubscribe from Cursor’s starter plan since Copilot is free and does already a good job.
