Double Clicking Primary Sidebar Icons Closes Sidebar

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

Many times I’m trying to switch between files and source control in the primary sidebar and if I ever double click anywhere in the top nav menu it closes the sidebar.

I doubt this is expected behavior, because clicking on the rest of the nav bar doesn’t do this, only on the actual buttons which are used for switching between tabs.

There’s already a button to toggle the left/right sidebars in the top right, so if this is a feature I think it’s not worth how often I’m accidentally closing the sidebar while trying to switch tabs.

Steps to Reproduce

shown in video (just doubleclick any of the buttons in the nav in the primary side bar eg: switch between explorer/search/source control)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @vivan_sinha!

That doesn’t seem too user friendly. I can reproduce on my side and I’ve filed a ticket. Thanks for reporting.
