I found it broken too. Tested on multiple devices with different OS, under different network.

picked the wrong night to set up my Mac
Actually looks that the last upgrade of cursor failed due to the download site not working. Consequently cursor was simply removed from my workstation !

I had to go to the api response and get the download link from there. Its been like this atleast for a week or two.
The link is broken for me too. Access is denied somehow. Also Cursor regularly kept deleting itself.
