Empty return from folders (long context chat)

From the changelogs: " * Long Context Chat (Beta): This is a new experimental feature that lets you talk with lots of files! To enable it, head to Settings > Beta. Then, select “Long Context Chat” in the top right of a new chat and try @'ing a folder or the entire codebase."

For me, long context chat works only with files. When I try to choose the folder it always returns empty. Is it only me?

Is it failing for one particular folder, or any that you try it on? If you could submit an in-app bug report or shoot us an email at hi@cursor.sh, that would very helpful!

Happens as well here. MacOS 13.6 M1

The bug is still here, but I guess it’s because we are asking about folders in another folder, which is a problem. It’s not a problem for normal chats (I can work with sub-directories) but for a long context, it is.

Any updates? It seems the long context chat only processes top-level folders and can’t handle @ with nested ones (which is sometimes really important if the project isn’t very small).

I sent a report before and did it again today…
