You can not do a text search on a preview window of an MD file. Only on the Markdown display.
Expected: user clicks CMD+F and able to search.
Observed: search box appears only on Markdown view, not on Preview.

Hi @vaiden Thanks for the post! This is currently a known limitation, but we have a backlog item to add this feature to the preview tab. Right now, the best workaround is just to switch over to markdown. We’ll let you know any updates here.
