Don’t know if this will work for anybody else but I gave this prompt to the AI which got me unstuck:
“Cursor has that bug again where you cannot call the edit tool. People say this is because of large context or a large Code file. Is there anything you can do for your next edit?”
AI went on and then said:
“Let me try the first approach by breaking down the refactoring of [my project] into smaller edits. I’ll start with just the constants and the main entry point function.”
