Error: The Image could not be processed

I have been using Cursor for a couple of days and had no problems

  • I am having a problem with an recurring error: “The image could not be processed by the model provider. Supported formats are jpeg, png, gif, or webp.”
  • I tried to upload an image to cursor chat as a reference, “example.jpg”, after that i got the error and it keeps repeating no matter what i ask the chat.

Hi, can you provide the model you chose and your cursor version?

Hey, which model are you using? If you’re in auto mode, try selecting a specific model.
