ERROR_UNAUTHORIZED: No response from support for over two weeks, cannot use Cursor

Describe the Bug

Hi,

I have been experiencing repeated “ERROR_UNAUTHORIZED” issues with Cursor, and I have not received any response from support for over two weeks. This is causing a lot of trouble for my work.

I am not an engineer or developer, and I do not use Cursor for coding or running complex scripts. I simply want to use Cursor to analyze and organize text documents (such as creative writing and notes).

However, even when I make very simple requests like “check the content of this file,” I get the “ERROR_UNAUTHORIZED” error after just a few attempts. I have not done anything suspicious or automated.

Following support’s advice, I created a new account with a different email and tried using a different network, but the same issue happened again after a short time.

I have also tried to get help via Discord and X (Twitter), but have not been able to reach anyone from the support team.

This situation is very frustrating and is seriously affecting my ability to work.
Could someone from the team please help, or at least provide an update on my ticket?
