Curious:"User is unauthorized" from a small-tech background Cursor users

I’m trying to figure out what issue this Cursor user is experiencing. could someone help me out with it?
about her:a new Cursor user with not much technical background, so it’s unlikely she’s performing any unusual operations.
but she’s encountering: “User is unauthorized”

thank you for posting the issue details here.

• Has the user tried to log out and log in again?
• Does this occur on other models as well?
• Can the error be from any VPN usage or users network (company) that restrict access?

Please ask the user to go to Settings > Network and “Run Diagnostics”, then post here any errors shown.

Some users had success switching to HTTP 1.1 in Network settings.

@condor Thanks so much. It works!the user followed these steps: step1.log out and log in again
step2.switching to HTTP 1.1 in Network settings
step3.Settings > Network and “Run Diagnostics”
