There is already a related discussion here Any way to export chats with gpt in cursor?

However I would like to request ability to export full chat including thoughts, code blocks and tool calls + tool responses (EVERYTHING) as json for easier external parsing and debugging.

Yes this would be helpful! Just the chat export without tool calls and their results leaves out context. Another user requested it here too: Export Tool Calls with chat log
