Describe the Bug
I have published a VS Code extension (Lyfe’s Cursor Rules) to the Visual Studio Code Marketplace. It can be found and installed in VS Code, but it cannot be found in the Cursor extension marketplace, even after waiting for a while.
Steps to Reproduce
Publish a new extension to the VS Code Marketplace (e.g., Lyfe’s Cursor Rules, publisher: lyfe2025).
Open Cursor and search for the extension name or publisher in the extension marketplace.
The extension does not appear in the search results, while it is available in VS Code.
Expected Behavior
The extension should be searchable and installable in Cursor after it is published and available in the VS Code Marketplace, just like in VS Code.

Additional Information
I have already tried restarting Cursor and clearing the extension marketplace cache, but the extension still does not appear.
I would like to know how often Cursor synchronizes with the VS Code Marketplace, and whether there is a way to manually trigger a sync or refresh the extension list.
If there are any requirements or restrictions for extensions to appear in Cursor’s marketplace, please let me know.
Thank you for your help!
