Describe the Bug

My extension “MCP Manager Bridge” is published and verified on Open VSX:

Cursor Marketplace does not show this extension in search results.
The extension installs correctly via VSIX, so it is compatible.

This seems to be a sync or indexing issue with the Cursor Marketplace.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Cursor → Extensions → Search for “MCP Manager Bridge”.
  2. Observe that no results are shown.
  3. Install VSIX manually — extension installs successfully and works.

Expected Behavior

Extensions published and verified on Open VSX should appear in the Cursor Marketplace search, or at least be synced when requested.
