Our extension, while still available on Open VSX, is no longer appearing in Cursor Marketplace search results despite being discoverable there previously. This has created difficulties for our team and customers, as a significant number of people depend on this extension in their Cursor workflow.

We’ve come across similar reports from other developers experiencing the same issue - extensions temporarily becoming undiscoverable in the Cursor Marketplace despite remaining available on Open VSX, then reappearing later without any modifications.
Could you clarify whether this is expected behavior, such as sync delays, caching, or filtering, or if there’s something we should address on our end?
